We offer FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 - 7 days of its ship date. Please note, shipping times may vary.
Make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note, we do NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Overnight orders received before will be shipped out s placed by 12:00 PM US Eastern Time will ship the same day and arrive the following business day. Overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM US Eastern Time will ship out the following business day. Please note that overnight orders placed after 2:00 PM US Eastern Time on Friday will ship on the following Monday.
*Currently all V. for Veda styles are made to order in our NYC studio, please allow 5-10 business days for us to cut, sew, QC and ship your order. We do offer expedited shipping on these styles but please note we will still need time to make your order before shipping it out.

We are currently unable to provide estimates for custom fees, taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of our customers. *Please keep in mind that Leather/Suede items incur higher customs fees, taxes and duties.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your orders. We offer store credit, exchanges or a full refund on full-price (non-sale) merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged or defective.
*Items labeled in the product description as returnable for merchandise credit only will not be eligible for a full refund.
*VEDA 'BFF Jackets' and any other customized jackets are Final Sale.
*Jackets that are altered after purchase are Final Sale.
*All Warehouse Sale purchases are FINAL SALE. No refunds. No exchanges.
Merchandise is classified as defective if it is received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred . Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. VEDA is not liable for any goods that become damaged after 14 days. VEDA will consider, but cannot guarantee, repairs on any damages that may occur within 6 months of purchase. Please note, repairs made outside of seam will be visible.
Returning Your Purchase:
Free returns within U.S. only on eligible products (see sale policy above).
You have 14 days from receipt of your package to request a return.
Please reach out to email@example.com and a prepaid FedEx return shipping label along with a Return Authorization # will be emailed to you. Include the return invoice with RA# listed that was received with your order along with your return. Then attach the prepaid FedEx return label on the outside of the sealed box and ship it within 7 days of receiving the RA# and prepaid return label. If you do not ship your package out within this window you will no longer be eligible for a full refund but instead will be issued a store credit upon receipt of your return.
Returned merchandise should include all original tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Receiving Your Refund:
Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
For orders that contain pre-order items, we will wait to ship the order once all items can be fulfilled. If a customer has placed an overnight order on a pre-order item, we will refund the overnight shipping charge and alert the customer of the estimated shipping date. If a customer indicates they need part of their order shipped ahead of time, we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
We are happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased online within 7 days of the item being placed on sale if the customer accepts the sale return policy for store credit only. Please note items are only eligible for a price adjustment if the same style, size and color remains in stock at the time of the request. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the cardholders in the original form of payment.
**We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked down.
**We are unable to adjust the price on an item that was purchased and was subsequently eligible for a temporary promotional price in the days following the purchase. Thanks for your understanding!

Section 5 - Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.
Section 7 - How we keep this information safe: To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements provided by Shopify.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer. cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu.
