Items shipped ground typically arrive 3 - 7 days after the ship date. Please note, shipping times may vary. Delivery to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some rural destinations may take up to 5 - 10 business days from the time of dispatch.

Overnight orders received before 12pm US Eastern Time will ship the same day and arrive the following business day. Overnight orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day.
While we offer expedited shipping for all purchases, it may not be possible to expedite production for items from our V for Veda collection, which are made to order.

Veda has a 14 day return policy: Unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Items may be returned for store credit, exchanges or a refund. Only full price merchandise which is unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged will be accepted for return. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note, we do not provide return labels for international orders and we cannot cover the shipping costs of international returns.
Sale items or items which have been individually marked down are not eligible for a refund. These items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Final Sale items (listed below) are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Returning Your Purchase:
Submit the linked returns form. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and return authorization # via email.
Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping container or any other solid carton box.
Tape it securely.
Attach the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the return via designated carrier within 14 days of receiving your initial order. You can locate a dropoff location here.
Note: Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the order was received will not be eligible for a refund and may only be eligible for store credit. Returns received without an assigned RA number will lead to delayed processing time.

Receiving Your Refund/Store Credit:
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. All returns for a refund are subject to a restocking fee. All orders $0 - $500 are subject to a $12 restocking fee. All orders between $501-1499 are subject to a $15 restocking fee. All orders $1500 and up are subject to a $20 restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount upon receiving the returned item. Restocking fees will be waived for exchanged orders. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
Merchandise is classified as defective if it is received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Defective goods may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit according to the returns policy. VEDA will consider, but cannot guarantee, repairs on any damages that may occur within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. Please note that repairs made outside of the seam will be visible.
For orders that contain pre-order items, we will wait to ship the order once all items can be fulfilled. If a customer has placed an overnight order on a pre-order item, we will refund the overnight shipping charge and alert the customer of the estimated shipping date. If a customer indicates they need part of their order shipped ahead of time, we will do our best to accommodate these requests.

Section 5 - Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
